The price looks wrong
Tell us and we will go through it with you line by line. Every price here is built from the same measurements and rates our project managers use, so if a number looks off it usually means a measurement or an option is wrong, and both are fixable.
The app will not take my photos
The camera has to be allowed for this site in your phone's settings. If it is and they still will not go, the connection is usually the problem — try again on wifi. You can also email the photos to us and we will put them on your project.
I cannot sign in
Use the same email you started with. If the password is gone, call us and we will get you back in.
Nothing on my screen is loading
Close the app fully and open it again. If it keeps happening, tell us what phone you are on and what you were doing, and we will look at it.
I want to change something we already agreed
Call us. Once a contract is signed, a change to the work is a change order and it goes on paper with a price before anybody starts. Nothing changes on your job because of something typed into an app.
I want to cancel
Washington gives you three business days to cancel most contracts signed somewhere other than our office, and the deadline is printed on your own contract. Call us and we will walk you through it.
I want my account deleted
Sign in, open your projects, and use Close your account at the bottom of that page. What is deleted and what we have to keep is set out in our privacy page. Call us if you would rather we did it.
